Malaysian chicken and mango laksa w ith tomatoes and onions on steamed rive and a plain naan with vodka and mango juice to wash it down.

Never been a chef. I just enjoy cooking and unfortunately as I’ve no car stuff to post, I end up boring you guys and gals with what I’m having (lets be honest it’s either food, car cleaning or drivel I post).
I was going to cook a chicken roga n josh. But the laksa was a good choice.
